Event Description:
Join us for "Mental Health on the Mat" with Love Meets Therapy! Each month, we explore a new theme to enhance your mental and physical well-being. For September, our focus is on balance.
Class Structure:
- First 15 minutes: Begin with a mindfulness meditation and learn a new mental health tool to help you find and maintain balance in your daily life. 
- Next 15 minutes: Enjoy seated yoga postures that you can do right at your desk, designed to be discreet and effective in releasing tension and promoting equilibrium without drawing attention from coworkers. 
- Last 30 minutes: If you have more time, continue with a full yoga flow that includes standing postures, incorporating the mental health tool introduced at the start of the session. 
This flexible, drop-in class is designed to fit into your lunch break, helping you recharge and find balance to carry you through the end of the week.
